Pre production
Once the agreement is finalized, we begin the pre-production phase.
This is where the magic starts. We stay closely in touch and collaborate on all creative and logistical aspects. From location planning and model scouting to styling. Our goal is simple: to ensure every detail is in place to bring your vision to life and deliver an exceptional shoot experience.

From there, we develop a tailored creative concept with a clear moodboard and visual direction that aligns with your goals. Once that’s in place, we handle all logistics including location sourcing, shoot planning, and timeline coordination.
We also take care of model scouting and management, ensuring the talent perfectly reflects your brand’s identity. Whether you need professional models or a more lifestyle-based approach, we manage casting and styling with intention.
On shoot day, we bring the concept to life by capturing the exact energy, mood, and aesthetic from the creative plan. Every detail is considered, and every image is created to fit your brand’s visual world.
After the shoot, you’ll receive a curated selection of images. Once your favorites are chosen, we handle post-production and deliver the final content, ready to use across social media, web, campaigns, and more.

Can I customize a photography package to fit my specific needs?
Yes, this is possible! Everyone's needs and budgets can differentiate. Even though we have standard packages that usually cover the best aspects, let us know your wishes and we can see what we can do for you.
How long does it take to receive the final edited images?
Depending on the size of the project or production, usually the deliverables are ready after 7 working days.
How do I prepare for a portrait session with you?
We make sure all your wishes for the shoot are taken into the process of organising the shoot. No experience? No problem! We've got you covered! With Maartje's +10 years experience in modelling, you will be guided through the entire shoot. The most important part for us is that you enjoy the experience and feel comfortable.
How many products can be photographed during a product photography session?
As many as you want! Depending on the amount of products and the vision of the shoot, we can decide on the size of the project and see what we can realise in one day.
