Meet MAARTJE

Hi there!

My name is Maartje van Noort. I am 26 years old, born and raised in the Netherlands, and currently traveling the world while producing visual campaigns for a wide range of brands.

My journey started when I was nine years old and discovered my parents’ pocket camera. I began taking photos of my friends around the neighborhood and quickly became fascinated with capturing emotion and energy through imagery. I taught myself everything, both behind the lens and in front of it. What began as a simple hobby has grown into a full-time creative profession.

By the age of fifteen, I was already shooting clothing brands, family portraits, events, and couples. After graduating high school at eighteen, I started traveling to explore the world and gain new perspectives. I worked as a ski instructor in Austria, photographed DJ Colyn throughout Europe, solo traveled in Peru, and eventually moved to Bali. Every opportunity became a stepping stone to grow creatively and professionally.

In 2020, Overall North officially became my company. It gave me the opportunity to combine two things I love most: traveling and helping brands showcase their products in beautiful, meaningful ways. Since then, Overall North has produced campaigns in destinations such as Bali, Mexico, the Maldives, and Colombia.

My experience as a model led to editorials and cover features in publications including Playboy Magazine. That path, along with my passion for female empowerment, inspired me to launch More Than a Woman, my own magazine, in March 2025.

Together with my team, Overall North manages full-scale productions from concept to delivery. We make it easy and cost-effective for brands to create international content without the stress of managing logistics. Every campaign is designed to align with what matters to your audience and reflect your brand’s values through intentional visuals.
